The From counter is a very different kind of cheese shop founded in Brussels by Etienne Boissy. A “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (the highest honour in French gastronomy) cheesemaker sine 2004, Etienne decided to open a cheese shop and tasting counter in 2019 on the Chaussée de Charleroi in Brussels, just next to JAM HOTEL.
FROM offers a very wide selection of cheeses of very high quality to individuals and restaurant professionals. In a pared-down, contemporary space, FROM also makes its own cheeses and a range of fresh yoghurts on site. A tasting counter and a perpetual desire to bring lovers of good things together have made this cheese shop a real meeting place, full of life.
