La Maison des Arts is a place of reference for culture in Schaerbeek. It’s a magnificent town house dating from the start of the 19th century, which hosts high quality visual arts exhibitions.
In 2017, in the course of a complete renovation of the Maison des Arts by the Brussels heritage authority (Monuments et Sites), the commune of Schaerbeek decided to launch a rebranding exercise for this cultural hotspot.
The Belgian communication agency Studio Fiftyfifty was responsible for this rebranding. The layout of the venue inspired us to create an “MA” monogram which became the literal heart of this visual identity.
Studio Fiftyfifty was also responsible for the creation of a whole new website, signage for the venue and the creation of “goodies” as well as the layout of catalogues and posters.
